North Perth is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the City of Vincent, is about 3 kms north of WA's capital city of Perth. In the 2011 Australian census the population of North Perth was 8,544 when there were 4,325 Females and 4,219 Males living there. This old, established suburb of North Perth, three kilometres north of Perth’s CBD is a place of mainly solid brick homes built from the early 1900s, many of which are now undergoing extensive renovations in line with the nationwide trend toward close-to-the-city living.
