Horningsea Park is located 39 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Liverpool and is part of the Greater Western Sydney region. Carnes Hill Marketplace is a large shopping centre at the northern edge of Horningsea Park. At the southern edge are the Trash and Treasure markets, a familiar landmark to passers by on Camden Valley Way.
